Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through on-the-floor coaching.
• Support Store Manager with performance concerns and coaching.
• Lead on Duty to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and uphold CRE standards.
• Represent the brand in a professional manner to customers.
