POP MART, Cabazon, CA, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and brand standards.

You will coach Brand Associates, drive sales, manage inventory, and oversee daily tasks as Manager on Duty when needed. The role reports to the Store Manager and offers competitive pay and benefits in a fast-paced toy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead customer engagement and brand experiences on the sales floor.
• Help achieve sales goals and KPIs including conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and planograms; maintain stockroom organization.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Build community and brand presence through events and launches.
