Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising and functional product demos.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling with Store Manager; resolve escalations.
• Improve store efficiency through inventory control and back‑of‑house organization.
• Lead inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimize processes.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products and services and stay updated on trends.
• Must work nights and weekends with variable schedules and overtime as needed.
