Job summary

ARC’TERYX in New York is seeking a Store Lead to join the leadership team. You will work closely with the Assistant and Store Manager, guiding a team of Product Guides and shaping the guest experience across all store pillars.

You will coach, provide feedback, and drive sales targets while overseeing operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and community engagement. This role requires hands-on leadership on the floor and a commitment to Arc’teryx values and outdoor living.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience and coach Product Guides.
• Deliver world-class guest experience with product knowledge.
• Oversee floor leadership across experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Manage store opening/closing and customer inquiries.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, restocking and visual merchandising.
