Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Store Lead in New York to guide a team of Product Guides and shape guest experiences across the store. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional service while upholding Arc’teryx values.

In this role you’ll lead from the floor 5 days a week, handle store operations, and collaborate with leadership to meet targets and deliver outstanding experiences for our guests in a high-energy outdoor brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience and 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience and coach Product Guides.
• Oversee floor leadership and five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Manage inventory activities including receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team; oversee store operations and budgets.
• Open/close procedures and respond to phones, emails, and social channels.
• Rotate through focus areas to deepen expertise across the five pillars.
