Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Lead to join the store leadership team, guiding a talented group of Product Guides and shaping guest experience across experience, product, community, operations and people. You will lead with passion, coach others, and drive performance while embracing our outdoor ethos.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience
• 1–2 years of retail experience
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to coach others and provide timely feedback
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with the Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values
• Support the in-store experience and monitor floor activity during shifts
• Coach product guides to share technical product knowledge
• Lead floor leadership and guest experience five days a week
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, restocking and visual merchandising
• Open and close procedures, answer phones, and manage store communications
• Use the POS system for guest transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases and returns
