Arc’teryx Equipment in the United States seeks a Store Lead to join the store leadership team. You will collaborate with the Assistant and Store Manager, guiding a group of Product Guides while shaping guest experiences across all store areas: experience, product, community, operations and people.

You will be product-obsessed, enjoy outdoor testing of gear, and connect with nature while coaching on people experience, guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Proven ability to coach others and develop talent.
• Strong guest service orientation and willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team and guests; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support the in-store experience during your shift and monitor sales floor activity.
• Help product guides deliver world-class guest experience with technical product knowledge.
• Provide floor leadership five days a week and oversee the five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Manage inventory, restocking, receiving and visual merchandising throughout the day.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team; collaborate with the Store Manager.
• Utilize POS to process guest transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases and returns.
