Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a customer-focused associate in Des Plaines, IL. You will support the store leadership, model selling behaviors, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience by guiding customers through our loyalty programs and brand touchpoints.

You will work across the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lifting up to 30 pounds and assisting during non-peak hours to maintain smooth operations.

• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours work as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
