Banana Republic in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a store associate to support the leadership team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will model selling behaviors, execute tasks across areas of expertise, and collaborate to meet store goals while maintaining productivity and a positive environment.

You’ll engage customers, educate them about loyalty programs, and become a brand expert who can lift up to 30 pounds and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Become an expert of the brand's selling behaviors through role modeling with every customer.
• Support store leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with employees to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours tasks as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
