Banana Republic in Florida is seeking a store associate to support the leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience across in-store and omni-channel interactions.

You will role model selling behaviors, educate customers about loyalty programs, and collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining compliance.

This role requires flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Collaborate with staff to complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
• Build product lifecycle knowledge to assist customers.
• Assist with opening and closing checklists as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless experience.
• Ensure all store compliance standards are met.
