Job summary

The Children's Place in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Lead (Part-time) to support the Store Leadership Team. You will handle cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and lead on duty to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach associates, manage schedules, and ensure store standards while contributing to store profitability and team development. The role requires 1–3 years retail experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through the training of associates and in-the-moment coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Lead on Duty (LOD) to enhance customer experience and drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure CRE standards and safety requirements are met.
