Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Possession of a PTCB certification or state pharmacy license where required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management with cash handling and readiness of floor/stock room.
• Completes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets and assists with products and services; resolves issues.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices to ensure a great experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close when management is not present.
• Assists with vendor ordering, backdoor access for deliveries, and inventory control.
• Records sales, scans accuracy, price checks, and voids; supports displays and pricing.
• Maintains store cleanliness, signage, and regulatory compliance; supports backroom and stock rotation.
• Assists with basic bookkeeping, maintenance requests, and separation of food items as required.
