Dr. Martens is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the sales floor, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in retail or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach staff and drive sales with KPI focus.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales floor and coaching staff to achieve store goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and upsell opportunities.
• Train new associates on product knowledge and processes.
• Communicate store results to partners and leadership.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, and banking tasks.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
