Job summary

HOKA, a Deckers Brands store, is seeking a Sales Lead in Castle Rock, CO to act as Manager on Duty, driving sales and service targets and opening/closing responsibilities. You will motivate the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and promote the Brand through product knowledge.

You will stay current on products, maintain inventory and merchandising to Brand standards, and uphold a positive, energetic store culture in line with Deckers values.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly targets (sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, NPS).
• Provide the best possible customer experience through expert product knowledge and service.
• Maintain and operate the cash register and ensure accurate money handling.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Brand standards.
• Open and close the store; secure assets and support store administration and operations.
