Job summary

Lids is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards while driving sales and managing inventory and curbside/buy-online-offline initiatives.

The role requires managing a busy retail environment, ensuring compliance, and fostering a fun, inclusive team culture that aligns with Lids’ brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty and handle scheduling issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Execute operations directives, maintain safe and compliant store environment.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and backroom organization to optimize efficiency.
• Support training and development of store personnel and adherence to policy.
