Job summary

The Children's Place in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will supervise cash-wrap, open/close procedures, and act as Leader on Duty, while delivering friendly service and maintaining store standards.

You will coach associates, drive sales, manage payroll, adjust schedules, and ensure safety and organization throughout the store. The ideal candidate has prior retail experience and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching and developing associates with in-the-moment feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support training and development initiatives and ensure store standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain brand integrity on the sales floor.
• Drive store profitability through effective scheduling and payroll processes.
• Keep stockroom organized and ensure safety policies are followed.
