Job summary

The Children’s Place in Tyler, Texas is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will manage cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and act as Leader on Duty, delivering brand-aligned service and coaching staff.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, scheduling adjustments, maintaining stockroom standards, and upholding CRE safety. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and coaching associates daily.

• Represent the brand professionally to customers and staff.
