Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment with timely, objective feedback.
• Assess performance daily and during annual reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain brand standards.
• Represent the company professionally and positively.
• Support management to maximize productivity through operations, product knowledge, customer service, and store initiatives.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive store profitability and payroll management.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Modify schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and adhere to policies.
• Ensure CRE Standards & Safety requirements are met.
