Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and training for department Partners.
• May serve as backup to store manager; work opposite shift.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Provide work direction and coaching to Partners.
• Lead 2 or more Store Partners.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, and merchandise movement.
• Merchandize products and maintain clean, sanitized areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Use suggestive selling to grow sales.
