Job summary

You will supervise shifts, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and report to the Store Manager. A high school diploma and 6–12 months of retail/management experience are preferred; valid driver’s license and open availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as cash registers or scanners.
• Ability to work under the described conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work opposite shifts and have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and coach staff to maintain standards.
• Ring up sales accurately and handle various payment methods.
• Perform multi-function operation of fuel, lottery, and other machines.
• Monitor merchandising, pricing, and signage to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Schedule employees and supervise shifts to maximize service and store image.
• Assist in daily banking, inventory, and reporting; communicate discrepancies to management.
