Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor with a focus on customer service excellence and strong leadership abilities.

The role involves coaching staff, managing cashier operations, and ensuring clean, well-merchandised store conditions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of retail/management experience, with solid communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to deal with customers, unanticipated problems or events using standard procedures.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers or scanners; beverage dispensers and other machines.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coaches staff to deliver excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Supervises store operations and assists with scheduling to optimize customer service and store image.
• Keeps accurate cash, sales and inventory records and assists in finalizing daily banking and shift reports.
• Counsels employees, offers feedback, and supports performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and brand guidelines for price changes, merchandising and housekeeping.
