Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash handling, and related forms.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees, recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and maintains store image and cleanliness.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and efficiency while following company guidelines.
• Promotes safety and conducts ongoing training on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Communicates through regular meetings and updates with the district manager and store team.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits and forecasts P&L lines.
