Dollar General Corporation Lead Sales Associate keeps the store clean and organized with a customer-first focus. You help customers locate and purchase merchandise, operate the cash register, stock and recover merchandise, clean the store, and assist the Store Manager to maximize profitability.

In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you perform leadership duties and may take on duties of a Sales Associate. The role centers on customer service and safeguarding assets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and basic matemathics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service and leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment and give change.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, and follow planograms.
• Clean the store; take out trash; maintain restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
