Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret operation instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Experience with cash register and report generation.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposits and security procedures.
• Ability to travel to bank for deposits if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control costs and damages.
• Support planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
