Responsibilities

• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with employee scheduling and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays, rotations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising presentation.
• Ensure cash control, refunds and deposits are properly handled.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
