Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
• Basic math and cashier accountability knowledge.
• Willingness to drive to the bank for deposits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate displays; follow planograms.
• Clean the store and maintain backroom and sidewalk displays.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
