Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
• Proficiency with basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling deposits.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and handle payments, bag merchandise, and assist customers as needed.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate items, and set up displays per planograms.
• Keep the store clean, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and maintain restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under the Store Manager's direction and act in a lead capacity when required.
• Perform additional duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
