Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in an on-site role focused on customer-first service. The position involves assisting customers, operating registers, stocking merchandise, and helping with store displays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading the customer service team, following safety and planogram guidelines, and performing duties in the absence of the Store Manager. High school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise and build displays following planograms.
• Clean the store and maintain restroom and stockroom areas.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties of Store Manager in their absence when needed.
