Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will help customers locate and purchase merchandise, operate a cash register, stock and recover merchandise, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, handling cash, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate planograms. This role involves lifting up to 40 pounds and occasional travel to other stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred with supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate a cash register and calculator.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentations.
• Willingness to perform duties in absence of Store Manager.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and set up displays; follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager in their absence.
