Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead in Murfreesboro, TN to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations and opening/closing duties, and to act as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will engage customers, uphold store standards, and drive profitability while supporting staff development.

This role requires 1-3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of retail experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist in training associates and coaching in the moment.
Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
Support company training and development initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
Assess performance and provide feedback during annual reviews.
Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and store environment.
Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain brand standards.
Support management to maximize productivity through operations and product knowledge.
Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program by delivering great customer experiences and driving profitability.
Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure CRE standards are met.
