The role supports the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening/closing, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will engage customers, uphold brand standards, and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing payroll, scheduling, and maintaining stockroom organization while ensuring safe, high-quality customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Partner with Store Manager to address associate performance.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback and maintain store standards.

• Process payroll weekly and assist with scheduling based on business needs.
