The Children’s Place Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will handle cash-wrap, opening/closing duties, and act as Leader on Duty while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

You will coach associates, manage payroll, and help ensure store profitability through efficient staffing and operations. A strong retail background and leadership potential are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership potential.

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Lead cash-wrap operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Represent the brand with professional conduct and exceptional customer service.
• Support payroll processing and scheduling as needed.
