• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback to staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Model exceptional customer service behaviors on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and during store operations.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to enhance customer experience and store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules as needed.
