Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Cashier/Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager. The role involves unloading trucks, stocking and merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service.

The candidate will assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help set up displays while maintaining a well-organized and secure store environment.

Formación

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow merchandising layouts and plan-o-grams.
• Experience in supervising or leading in the absence of management.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks following store procedures.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock merchandise and rotate displays.
• Restock returned merchandise.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Provide customer assistance locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and complete transactions.
• Open/close the store under area manager direction.
