Dollar General Corporation is seeking a capable Cashier/Stocker who can lead in the absence of store management. You will help with plan-o-grams, customer service, and everyday store operations to maximize profitability and teamwork.

In this role you will unload trucks, stock shelves, assist customers, maintain displays, and help ensure a clean, safe store environment while protecting assets. Strong cash-handling and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks according to store procedures.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock merchandise and maintain shelves and displays.
• Restock returned merchandise.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Operate cash register and total customer purchases.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open and/or close the store under direction of Area Manager.
