Job summary

You will assist customers, process returns, refunds, and price adjustments while maintaining accurate records and displays. Strong English communication and basic inventory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, cash handling, and preparing the floor and stock room for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps store organized: inventory counts, pricing, displays, and backroom logistics; supports vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Serves as liaison between management and team when store management is not present; communicates tasks and reports issues.
