Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, perform required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, process returns and refunds, manage cash drops, and help maintain inventory, pricing, displays, and overall store condition to deliver a distinctive Walgreens shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent and handles required cash operations.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing, displays, and store upkeep.
