Job summary

Able Too Work in Kahului, HI seeks an energetic retail lead to open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, assist customers, and ensure floor and stock room readiness.

You will supervise associates, support inventory control, price changes, and respond to customer inquiries, while maintaining compliance with store policies. Prior leadership in retail and fluent English are required; training provided to develop service excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to handle cash, pricing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as needed.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and greet customers for assistance.
• Supervise team members, assist with vendor deliveries, and manage stockroom activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure pricing/signage compliance.
• Assist with displays, promotions, and merchandising revisions.
• Support bookkeeping tasks, including cash reports and ledgers.
