Job summary

OluKai is seeking a Retail Lead (Huaka’i) in Hawaii to welcome customers and deliver exceptional brand experiences. Candidates should have leadership capabilities, a passion for premium products, and the ability to foster customer relationships.

This role includes a flexible schedule, employee discounts, and team-building events. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of retail experience and must be able to manage store operations confidently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 30lbs.
