OluKai in Hawaii is seeking a Retail Lead (Huaka'i) to welcome guests and deliver a remarkable brand experience. You will be the first point of contact, upholding our standards, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

Join a culturally minded team and help open/close the store, train staff, and maintain exceptional visual standards while engaging customers with OluKai's premium product lines and design inspirations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Leadership or key holder experience preferred.
• Availability for at least three shifts per week.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to open/close store and manage security.
• Brand ambassador with strong product knowledge and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store to standard, manage keys and security.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Engage customers, build rapport, and communicate product stories.
• Assist with back-of-house tasks including receiving and restocking.
• Uphold visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Participate in local events and community programs.
