Job summary

CVS Health in Kahului, HI is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and drive customer service excellence. You will step in for the Store Management team when needed, supervise staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

In this full-time role, you will supervise daily tasks, manage customer questions, maintain presentation and merchandising, and support a positive shopping experience while protecting patient confidentiality and adhering to company

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills; proficient with computers.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise the store staff when no manager is onsite.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold company policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotional materials.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and manage inventory.
