Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handles start-ups and cash handling, and prepares the floor and stock room for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as needed.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, answers questions, resolves issues, and ensures a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Registers all related sales, reviews ordering and pricing issues, and handles voids.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports price changes, signage, and compliance tasks.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping, and support pharmacy out window when requested.
• Comply with policies and procedures; participate in displays, stock rotation, and housekeeping.
