Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC in Greenwood, SC is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and process sales using the POS system. You will help maintain stock, support deliveries, and back up the Store Manager with daily operations.

Responsibilities include opening/closing in Manager's absence, ensuring accurate cash handling, and upholding store standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide helpful assistance in-store.
• Read and explain operational directives to team members.
• Handle cash transactions and balance deposits accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers; answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Increase basket size with suggestive selling and add-ons.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and positive image.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and documentation.
• Open/close duties in absence of management; support cashiers.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and transferring merchandise to shelves.
