O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store leader to guide a team in delivering top customer service to both retail and professional customers. You will balance staffing during peak hours, coach team members, and assist in hiring and training to maintain high standards.

The role emphasizes efficient processing of orders, returns, and transfers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and ongoing training for staff. Fluency in Spanish is a plus and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and implement customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching and training to meet peak hours and goals.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure orders, returns and transfers are processed efficiently and communicated to customers.
