Qualifications

• >1 year retail experience; 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of store software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Team player; collaborates with peers and supervisors.
• Complies with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
