Job summary

Curaleaf seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Milton, FL, to support the Store Manager in developing and leading a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience and achieves financial targets.

You will act as the Manager on Duty, educate guests on products, and uphold brand standards. The role requires open availability, travel 10%–25%, and a strong background in retail supervision and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• 1 year of retail or customer service in a high-paced environment.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in developing and leading a team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Own on-duty responsibilities and supervise store operations, shifts, and scheduling.
• Monitor and coach customer service practices to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Manage cash handling, register accuracy, and banking-related tasks.
• Travel to other locations for training and coverage (10–25%).
