Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Retail Keyholder for our Santa Monica store to lead on the floor, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain daily operations. You’ll report to the Store Manager and help coach retail teammates while upholding Framebridge’s brand standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering a delightful customer experience and maintaining the high standards Framebridge is known for.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in retail or hospitality settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service in Framebridge stores.
• Support onboarding and training for retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide design advice to customers and train others.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
