You will lead store operations, onboard teammates, train staff, and ensure a seamless customer experience while meeting sales goals. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for design and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to hit customer experience and financial goals.
• Use listening and communication skills to build relationships and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and team.
• Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the retail experience.
