In this lead role, you will follow planograms, open and close the store under supervision, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. Frequent teamwork with associates and attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, make change, and bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build merchandise displays and follow planograms.
• Keep the store clean and organized and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager; deputize in their absence.
