Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding service in our Hanover, MD location.

You will supervise associates, execute merchandising plans, manage cash, and train staff, with access to comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a passion for fan gear within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to mentor and train store personnel on procedures and standards.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with visual guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including customer escalations.
• Ensure customers are offered membership programs and in-store offers.
• Adhere to visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness standards.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Manage cash, till opening/closing, and bank deposits.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and support counts.
